All State Selections

Each year, more than 3,000 student-athletes participate in boys high school lacrosse across the state. To recognize the top performers, the Coaches Association selects All-State teams, including a First Team, Second Team, and Honorable Mention. The selections typically include 5 attackmen, 7 midfielders, 5 defensemen, 2 goalies, 1 long-stick midfielder, and 1 defensive midfielder, though the exact numbers may vary slightly from year to year based on performance, vote totals, and other factors.

The selection process begins at the conference level, where each conference names its All-Conference team. First Team All-Conference players are then placed on a statewide All-State ballot, which is voted on by head coaches to determine the final All-State honorees.
